Do you want to be a part of our Individual and Family Care? Now you have the opportunity to become our new family therapist in our open care team. We are a small group with close collaboration where everyone's competence is utilized, and where innovative solutions characterize our work.

IFO Children and Youth

At IFO Children and Youth, we handle reception, investigation, placement of children and youth, family law, open care, and administration. IFO Children and Youth is divided into 3 teams where our approach is based on Signs of Safety. We are now looking for a secure and committed family therapist.

As an employee with us at IFO Children and Youth, you will receive:

As a family therapist, you work on change processes in families with children up to 18 years old, focusing on strengthening what works and reducing existing risks. The work takes place in our premises, in the families' homes, at school, or in collaboration with other professionals, always based on the family's needs. You work independently or together with a colleague, sometimes at the request of social workers. In our team, we develop the work together, and we are advanced in providing accessible open care where many receive support without a needs assessment.

Selection and interviews may occur continuously during the application period. In preparation for the recruitment process, Hylte Municipality has made decisions regarding recruitment channels and marketing. Therefore, we kindly ask for no contact from media sellers, recruitment sites, or similar.

In our municipality, there are vacation exchange agreements, flexible working hours agreements, and wellness allowances. We apply remote work as far as the business allows. We are looking for someone who is a social worker, behavioral scientist, social educator, or has equivalent education. It is advantageous if you have a step-1 education and/or experience in family therapy. You are attentive and flexible and have an easy time collaborating with others.

It is important that you can work independently and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and qualities such as initiative and flexibility, as well as being structured and responsible. We would like you to have experience working with different cultures.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
